Purchased new, but no longer needed as I am standardizing to TONE tools. It was kept in my toolbox and I believe it was used about 5 times.
There are no noticeable scratches or dirt, but please forgive any minor scratches that may have been overlooked as it was carried in a toolbox.
As this is a used item, please no claims or returns.
